  • The transfer to a particular OAV will be possible only when there will be a vacant seat available in the particular Vidyalaya.
  • The transfer of the student will be done in two circumstances. The first one is when a parent is transferred to some other district due to work-related conditions. The second is that the district in which the candidate resides have come up with a new OAV Vidyalaya and that is much nearest to the candidate’s residence.
  • In order to get the transfer done and to make it effective, the student will require permission and approval from the Chairman of the particular OAVS district, the principal of the existing OAV, and the State Project Director of OAVS.
  • The procedure of transfer has to be completed by the last date of admission that is going on.

  1. It is a good idea and step towards the secondary education in the state. Boarding facilities for the students may be suggested. Here is a doubt. A student is wanting admission into class IX , whether he/she will prepare from class VI to VIII course or from only class VIII?

Still Its not updated in the website.
So whom we gona blame for this carelessness.

  5. No where we could find the exact documents required to be submitted at the time of taking admission after successfully selected in the Entrance Test. Different people are telling different things to create confusion and for this reason, eligible students may be excluded from taking admission. As example it is not clear as to whether the bank account details of the parents of the student is required or of the student it self. Since students are minors, they are facing difficulties in transacting bank accounts by them selves and as such they have not opened any account in any Bank in their name but bank accounts of their parents are available for submission at the time of taking admission. Please clarify whether the bank accounts of the parents of the eligible students are considered proper.
