The available position at the OAVS is that of a Financial Consultant and is currently open for recruitment from the open market on a contract basis. OAVS Recruitment Eligibility and Selection Procedure
Education Qualification: The selection will be made by an internal committee and the minimum qualification required for the same is either that of a CA (intermediate/passed) or an ICWA (Intermediate/passed) or an M.Com pass out.
Work Experience: As for the experience is concerned, the candidate must have 3 years of work experience, preferably, in the Education sector, government or private. In case of an M.Com graduate, he/she must have at least 7 years of work experience, preferably, in the fields of Planning and Management, Audit, Account, budgeting, or procurement in the public and private sector or projects.
Other Qualification: In addition, one is expected to have adequate knowledge in Computer, ERP as well as proficiency in Tally and be able to use spreadsheets. One is expected to also have adequate knowledge in Accounting Standards and Charter of Accounts along with knowledge in audit requirements in financial compliances.
Remuneration & Salary
The candidates will be given a remuneration of INR 40,000 per month and they must fall into the age bracket of 21 to 40 years.

The notification that has been issued also consists of an application form where the candidates will have to fill out their personal details along with the relevant contact information. Other details required to be filled out include the educational qualification beginning high school, followed by professional and/or technical qualification, and work experience.
